JOB INTERVIEW

Zidan               : Good morning sir!

Mr. Anto         :Morning, please have a set!

Zidan               : Thank you sir! I am Zidan wijaya that you call for an interview. Nice to meet                            you!

Mr. Anto         : It’s pleasure to meet you.  So you are Zidan wijaya.. I am Anto kesuma chief of Human Resource department in this company.  I’ve read your application letter. I interested to have an interview with you. Ok, let’s start now.  Please tell me about yourself in a few words!

Zidan               : I would like to thank you for this opportunity. I am Zidan wijaya. I am 25 years old. I hold a bachelor degree in economy, at University of Lampung. I am a hard worker and have big responsibility. I had spent my last 3 years working in PT. Angkasa as an accountant.

Mr. Anto         : Ok!, Zidan what is your strangeness and weaknesses?

Zidan               : My time management skill is good. I am an organized person and I always done my work in time but I don’t like work in deadline therefore I always do my task well ahead of schedule.

Mr. Anto         : In your opinion, what does success mean?

Zidan               : For me success is a thing that needs a process and consistency. In addition, Success is when you can be useful for someone else.  So if I work well and it can effect well to the company and society I am a successful man.

Mr. Anto         : How do you handle your stress and pressure in your job?

Zidan               : I am not a person who gets stress easily. I always prioritize my responsibility. I know what I should do. It helps me manage the pressure in my job.

Mr. Anto         : Where do you want to be in five years from now?

Zidan               : I want to develop my skill and my career here. I hope I can make my dream comes true by working in this company.

Mr. Anto         : Why are you interested in working for this company?
Zidan               : I know this is a good company which is engaged in public service. I also interested in this company’s motto that our priority is the consumer’s pleasure. So beside work for myself I can help the people as our consumer, especially children that become the priority.
Mr. Anto         : You have worked in PT. Angkasa but why did you quit your previous job?
Zidan               :  I can’t grow to be a good employer in my last previous company. I want to find a new challenge and situation so that I can develop my skill and give a good contribution for this company.
Mr. Anto         : why do you want this job?
Zidan               : I found myself that I have a good qualification to work in this company as an accountant. Moreover, I have experience as an accountant in my previous company.
Mr. Anto         : From the application that came to us, why should we hire you?
Zidan               : I know that this company needs an employer who has a good qualification and high motivated. I believe that I am qualified for that position. Moreover, I am good in work as a team or individually.
Mr. Anto         : Talking about salary, what is your salary requirement?
Zidan               : I would rather not decide that yet. I believe that this company will be consistent with the market and give the proper salary.
Mr. Anto         : Well, I have got and noted your information. I will consider your application. You can wait the further information from us.
Zidan                     : Thank you for your time sir. I am looking forward to hearing your decision soon.
